§ 94-7. Amendments.

Latest version.

The village council may, from time to time, on recommendation from the planning commission or on petition, amend, supplement or change the district boundaries or the regulations in this chapter, or subsequently established in this chapter, pursuant to the authority and procedure established in Act No. 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921 (MCL 125.581 et seq.), as amended.
